Intermittent 503 errors reported on Cluster 2 North America

We've had a few reports of intermittent 503 errors seen when attempting to access MOVEit Cloud this afternoon and upon research we found that one node (NAC2N2DMZPD) was experiencing intermittent 503 errors for a short period of time, which cleared up on its own as we were investigating the reports.

We've restarted relevant services on this node to be safe and added additional monitoring to alert us earlier to certain conditions that could lead to an issue with the system.

We apologize for any inconveniences that these issues may have caused and we are taking measures to help ensure the stability of the MOVEit Cloud offering.
