We are currently tuning our Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules in the North America Test and Europe Test clusters to improve security and service reliability.

During this activity, some legitimate requests may be incorrectly blocked and return an HTTP 403 (Forbidden) response. If you encounter unexpected 403 errors or believe valid traffic is being blocked, please contact Support and provide details of the affected request.

This tuning activity is expected to continue through October 18, 2026.
