Intermittent issues with accessing the login page on Cluster 2 North America

A few customers reported an intermittent issue with getting to the main login page for MOVEit Cloud.

Upon investigation, we found that one node was experiencing an issue between 1:34 pm - 1:42 pm CDT, so the CloudOps team took steps to manually improve service on this particular node. We found that the load balancer was still sending traffic to this node because it wasn't down completely, which lead to the intermittent issues with loading the login page.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused and we're working with development to see how we can improve the HA functionality to prevent future occurrences like this from happening.
