In anticipation of the upgrade of MOVEit Cloud to Transfer version 2020 on June 14th, I wanted to share with you information about new features and fixed issues for MOVEit Transfer 2020. For customers that have purchased a test server Org, the test servers has already been upgraded to Transfer version 2020.
Here's a Summary of What's New:
* MOVEit Mobile 2.0! Quick to install, full-featured apps for iOS and Android that work with your MOVEit Transfer Cloud deployment. * Message Classification Field for Packages. Mark packages with org-wide security or priority markings. Multi-file, Zipped Download, and Validation. Use the WebUI for bulk download as zip with optional file validation checks. *. REST API Improvements. Handle packages, manage address book contacts, apply specific folder permissions, and more!
What was fixed:
MIDMZ-15084,355571,354730 - MFA-email setup Sign-on now handles the case where if a user belongs to an org with a policy that allows multi-factor authentication (MFA) handshake and subsequent sign-on validations to use email only, but no email was ever configured for the user.
MIDMZ-6637,356439,359504 - Ad Hoc: Download All Fixed issue where Download All was not available to Guest Users and results in access error.
MIDMZ-16046,344781,355587 - SFTP/FTPS Sign-on Fixed issue where sign-on times out or lags for very large folder trees (greater than 370K).
MIDMZ-10198,355532 - Password Reset Workflow Fixed issue that caused URL scanners to invalidate password change request links in notification emails before they could be used.

355702 - Web UI Fixed case in Send Package workflow where Note field does not display if unsupported characters or character combinations are inserted.
355594 - REST API Fixed case where Get Package Info was not returning a value for the recipient's "friendly name" (realname).
356417 - Server Configuration Fixed a case where import could fail to load SSH private key.
356505 - Web UI Fixed issue where edit to the display profile obscured the search field.
MIDMZ-16061,355587 - Performance Fixed latency or hang observed in certain situations with SFTP/FTPS connections at sign-on.
373099 - REST API You can now designate permissions for folders based on a user's configured email. This enables feature parity with the WebUI.
MIDMZ-16061,355590 - Web UI Fixed case where GroupAdmin role lacked subfolder permissions.
359503 - REST API Fixed issue where guest users could query serverinfo endpoint for a version value.
362936 - Security Transfer Server API hardening against CSRF.
360615 - JavaScript Wizard Handled an issue where file lock prevented an interrupted upload to complete on a very large replicated file system.

We will be upgrading all of the MOVEit Cloud servers to Transfer version 2020 and expect the servers to be unavailable for most/all of the planned maintenance window while servers are upgraded, patched and rebooted, so we ask that you please plan accordingly.
