Update

We are still investigating this issue. In the mean while, affected customers can use c3.moveitcloud.com instead of their custom URL for their FTPS connection.

Investigating

Some customers using custom URLs may be experiencing issues with FTPS connections. Non-custom URLs are unaffected, as is traffic over any other interface.
