The scheduled maintenance for MOVEit Cloud was completed at 6pm Central standard time, in accordance with the planned maintenance window.
The update for North America Cluster 2's SSH Host Key to an RSA key was completed successfully and testing shows it to be fully operational.

Update
We are reaching out to notify you about an important upcoming change to North America Cluster 2’s MOVEit Cloud SSH server key from DSS to an RSA server key during this maintenance window.
What date is this being changed on: The new server key will go live during the September 13th planned maintenance window.
Why is this change being made: OpenSSH has deprecated DSA keys and they will eventually drop support for DSA all together in lieu of using more secure RSA SSH server keys, so we are required to use the more secure RSA keys to meet our PCI/HIPAA compliance obligations.
What is the impact of this change: Clients that support RSA keys, will be prompted to accept the new server key to proceed and there are some scenarios where a client will need to manually download and trust this new cert in the client/script. Older clients that don’t support RSA server keys will need to be upgraded to a version that does support RSA or they will need to look at using a newer client that supports this, in order to connect to MOVEit Cloud after September 13, 2020.
How can I test this change before the date: We’ve setup a new URL (newrsaserverkey.moveitcloud.com) that you can use to start testing all of your important processes and tasks against ahead of the change, to ensure that you won’t be impacted by the change. Please note that this URL resolves to your current production environment, so you’ll use your current production credentials.

We will be patching all of the MOVEit Cloud servers and expect there to be minimal downtime for this maintenance window while servers are patched and rebooted.
