Latency in NA Cluster 2

Resolved

Cloud Operations was made aware of latency in MOVEit Cloud Cluster 2 via automated monitoring.
We were able to investigate and determine what had caused at least part of the latency, and resolve it.
Though we believe the issue has been resolved, we are continuing to monitor closely for any additional latency.
