Update

Dear MOVEit Cloud Customers,

We wanted to send out advanced notice of an upcoming upgrade schedule to the MOVEit Cloud clusters:

JUNE 18th Maintenance:
We will be disabling insecure TLS ciphers during this maintenance window. More information can be found here in the following KB: https://community.progress.com/s/article/MOVEIt-Cloud-Weak-TLS-Ciphers-will-be-sunset-on-June-18th-2023

JULY 16th MAINTENANCE:
The following clusters will be upgraded July 16th: MOVEit Cloud EU, AU, UK.

AUGUST 13th MAINTENANCE:
All MOVEIt Cloud US Clusters (C1, C2, C3) will be upgraded August 13th.

* Please note that the test server has already been upgraded to the new version, so customers who've purchased a test server Org can start their testing.

Please plan on these servers being offline for most or all of the maintenance window for the upgrade.

We will be patching all of the MOVEit Cloud servers and expect there to be minimal downtime for this maintenance window while servers are patched and rebooted.
