Verifying

We've successfully applied Windows patches and the scheduled hot fix but we've run into some issues with the TLS changes, which we're in the process of backing out and should be transparent to customers, but we'll leave the maintenance up until it's all completed.

Update

We want to make you aware of two upcoming change to our MOVEIt Cloud Shared and Dedicated SaaS offerings during the May 14th Maintenance Window:

1. We will be applying a hot fix (2022.1.4) to all of the MOVEIt Cloud clusters this weekend that will address multiple open defects that Cloud customers have reported: https://community.progress.com/s/article/MOVEit-Transfer-2022-1-4-Hotfix

2. We will be sunsetting the following TLS ciphers as they are no longer deemed secure to use and therefore need to be sunset to maintain our PCI/HIPAA compliance commitments to our customers.

These changes have already been made to the MOVEit Cloud test servers, so customers that have a test server Org can test before these changes are rolled out into Production.

We will be patching all of the MOVEit Cloud servers and expect there to be minimal downtime for this maintenance window while servers are patched and rebooted.

This scheduled maintenance affected: North America - Cluster 1, North America - Cluster 2, North America - Cluster 3, Europe - Cluster 1, Australia - Cluster 1, and UK Cluster 1.
