Dear MOVEIt Cloud Customers,
Progress has identified a bug in the latest MOVEit Transfer software that is impacting customers using virtual folders, so the MOVEit Cloud team will be performing emergency maintenance tonight starting at 8 pm CDT time to apply the fix to this issue.
We will do our best to minimize the impact of these updates in a manner that leaves the service up as much as possible, but we wanted to make customers aware, in case you see an error in a task during this time.
We will send out an update once the emergency maintenance has been completed.
